Stumpy’s Tree Service Disclosures

A 50% deposit is required to hold a date for your work.
Heavy equipment may damage driveway and lawn. Measures are taken when applicable to minimize the amount of damage. We are not responsible for lawn or driveway damage resulting from equipment.
We are not responsible for damaged sprinkler lines, invisible dog fences, or any other unknown underground wiring.
Stump grinding is not stump/root system removal.
Standard stump grinding is 2” – 3” below grade.
Stump grindings are left on site, unless otherwise indicated on proposal
If wood is left behind at the homeowner’s request, there will be an additional charge to come back and pick up.
Homeowner is responsible for any and all needed permissions and/or notifying neighbors.
Prices are subject to change after 30 days.
